Claire is the Project Officer for the Liveable Cities Project and the N8 Urban and Community Transformation initiative.

Claire completed a PhD in the Department of Educational Research, Lancaster University in 2012 and has previously worked at Lancaster University as Postgraduate Coordinator in the Department of Communication Systems.
