Nicky is Coordinator of ImaginationLancaster, Personal Assistant to its Directors and Editorial Assistant of The Design Journal.

She has previously worked within university administration, primarily in the area of student placement coordination where she worked closely with NHS clinicians, managers, Trusts and Workforce Development Confederations, as well as non-NHS health organisations and practices. She has also worked within local government administration in the area of neighbourhood management, where she worked with local residents, mainstream service providers, the local authority, businesses and the voluntary and community sectors.

She holds an MA in Modern Social History from Lancaster University, and returned to Lancaster after a six-month round-the-world trip. She is the first contact for enquiries to ImaginationLancaster.
