1st Active Parks Workshop successfully completed

The first Active Parks co-design workshop was completed yesterday. It was very interactive and great fun!

In the workshop participants quickly became co-designers and formed very dynamic groups. The level of engagement amongst participants was impressive. Through a number of fun and interactive co-design activities, such as photo collage, a number of values and aspirations about the creation of a casual activity trail in Ryelands park were captured. Several themes and great ideas started emerging. The workshop ended with a fun and highly interactive Lego activity. In that activity, our co-designers used lego in a very creative manner to illustrate several of their ideas, which were shared amongst the groups and video recorded.

Our next steps would be to explore further several of the themes and ideas that emerged through additional activities and workshops. So keep following us for more information about these events and updates.
