As part of my 1 month visit to Encore team in Aalto University (Helsinki), I participated to a 1day seminar exploring Service Prototyping. Ths short event was aimed at PhD and MA students, but it was open also to anyone interested in the topic. The concept of prototyping has been considered in a wide way. Very interesting presentations among which the one by Juha Kronqvist about a project on patient centric design for Tampere University Hospital. My speech was focusing on value co-creation in services and tools to enhance service thinking in various kinds of organisations.
