You will take a lead in the design and delivery of events to develop the leadership, innovation and collaborative capacity of technology focused UK SMEs seeking to develop robust partnerships with Chinese businesses. Working with the LCCP team you will also support the recruitment of UK SMEs to the programme. Drawing on experience in design and innovation, you will facilitate the identification of opportunities for collaborative R&D to underpin new product development with UK and Chinese academic and business partners. Possessing strong project management skills, combined with an agile and a creative mind-set, you will build upon existing capability within the university in innovative business engagement to develop robust partnerships between UK and Chinese technology focussed SMEs. Through close inter departmental collaboration between Faculty for Science & Technology, Lancaster University Management School and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, this role specifically draws on upon expertise from the design-led research lab, ImaginationLancaster.
