She is an architect and an educational researcher with a strong specialism in Learning and Teaching spaces. Her research and professional practice focus on analysing the impact of the built environment on teaching and learning using ethnography and visual research techniques. She is currently developing a research project about the spaces and tools for learning and she is interested on the policies and practices that affect the design of spaces and tools/products and enable learning to take place.
