Mafe is a Beyond Imagination PhD researcher exploring how design can improve health and wellbeing , specifically in the global south.

She studied Product Design in IED Barcelona and holds an MA in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins. Her extensive managerial experience in industry in small and corporate environments developed holistic problem solving skills based on her design background and toolkit. Her passion for social innovation and future studies sparked her interest to embark in her doctoral studies.
