The website for our new research network (WASHable) and its associated LinkedIn group are now available online following the start of the project a few months ago.
The Website and LinkedIn group aim to encourage connections and build partnerships in order to develop longer and deeper research collaborations which will lead to exchange, capacity-building and insights.
Both are open to National, Regional and International institutions, organisations and individuals with interest in WASH or design, community engagement to join and contribute to our network.
The WASHable project, a collaboration between Lancaster University (UK) and the University of Buea (Cameroon) and the Catholic University of Angola, is developing a research network that provides knowledge exchange and capacity building, addressing the need for African academic organisations to open their doors and work with, in and for their communities. It is funded under the UK Research and Innovation, Arts and Humanities Research Council.
