MAGE is a project exploring Coastal Futures. The project consists of 5 elements:

1. Mobile Coastal Map APP for community viewpoints
2. Tabletop Game – Large – of SMP policies of the whole north-west coast.
3. Mini Game – of NBS and Hard Engineering Coastal Adaptation for KS3 Geography
4. VR Experience of Our Future Coast Sites
5. MAGE Digital Coastal Sandbox

MAGE Mini is a serious tabletop game that helps players think about coastline management, communities, natural processes, habitats, and climate change. The game is aimed at KS3 Geography.

The tabletop game has been developed as part of Our Future Coast which is led by Wyre Council, funded by DEFRA as part of the £200 million Flood and Coastal Innovation Programmes, which are managed by the Environment Agency.
