The Role of Service Thinking in Product Orientated SMEs

This first workshop focused on the value of service thinking in the generation of new business opportunities. It supported companies moving from thinking in terms of products and technical features (inside out approach) toward thinking in terms of benefits and customer experiences (outside in approach). It helped companies to explore how their offering can effectively support their customers to generate value in their lives or businesses.
