Service Development and Action Planning

This third and final workshop focused on how to develop and embed ideas and insights emerged from the previous workshops. In particular it looked at how new value propositions could be used as a driver to re-think offering and companies’ key assets and how initial service ideas could be further developed into more refined and clear cut concepts. The workshop finished with an overall discussion on how Service Thinking and Service Design could be practically embedded within SMEs practices.
