Survey on Design for Service Innovation and Development

DeSID is a 6-months research project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, investigating the role of Design for Service Innovation and Development in the UK and internationally

Date Published: 17 July 2014

Together with six in-depth UK Service Design case studies, Lancaster University and University of the Arts London, in collaboration with the Design Council and the Service Design Network, are launching a survey to map service design’s contribution to service innovation and new service development in the UK and internationally. As part of this data gathering process we would like to invite designers and design agencies working in service innovation, to participate in this study. The outcomes of the research will enhance our understanding of service design and increase awareness of its potential and role across industry, policy and the international service research community. We aim to have the outcomes of the research published by November 2015 and these will be available on the DeSID website. Follow this link to participate: DeSID Survey
