On July 31, 2024, Dr. Rosendy Galabo attended a hybrid networking event at the EQT lab, focused on fostering the donation culture in Brazil. This event featured strategic presentations by industry leaders, including Paulo Vergueiro, the coordinator of Giving Tuesday Latin America, Carol Farias, the national coordinator of Giving Tuesday Brazil, and Jovemar Júnior, the CEO of ReappMobi.
At the event, Dr. Rosendy Galabo, the Principal Investigator for Cooperativa Digital, led a presentation on the co-design process of Reapp, an open-source exchange platform between donors and NGOs. In collaboration with Dr. Carlos de Salles, the Co-Investigator for Cooperativa Digital and Head of Telemidia-UFMA, and his team, they presented the results of translating the research outcomes into a user-friendly mobile app.
