We are reminded daily about the global challenges facing us as individuals and organisations, especially with regard to climate change, demographics, and global cohesion, indeed all the dimensions of sustainability. However we are also aware that it is very hard to embed sustainable behaviours and decision making within organisations. We have developed a series of workshops focused on engendering sustainable behaviour in civil engineering businesses and indeed the entire civil engineering supply chain, planned and delivered as a collaboration between the civil engineering consultancy Halcrow.
