The focus of the Policy and Governance SIG is to explore how and why design is being used in and for policymaking and governance. This can include a wide range of policy areas (e.g., policy and governance for technologies, public health, urban planning, etc) and at a wide range of policy levels (e.g. national, regional, local, and organisational etc).
We expect to explore a wide range of design research and methods (e.g. co-design, speculative design, etc).
